“The Dogbook iPhone app is an evolution of the Facebook application,” says Alexandre Roche, Dogbook co-creator. “Having Dogbook on your iPhone allows you to always have your dog with you, connect with other dog owners and gives you constant access to a number of resources like finding a dog park nearest to you.”
Features of the application include photo uploads, list other Dogbook users who are near you and locates nearby dog parks no matter where you are in the world. Lost a dog? You can use the application’s “Arf Alert” to send a message to all Dogbook users within a 15-kilometre radius with a photo and your contact information. Found a dog? Call the happy owner right from your phone.
Download the Dogbook iPhone application here.

Easily one of the best iPhone apps going. What’s not to like, watch hundreds of top drawer movies, docs and animations from your phone, offline viewing (usable outside of wi-fi hotspots), a neat “Nearby” feature that allows me to watch movies that others in your area are viewing, and much more (search movie, comment, etc).
NFB has literally become the poster child for the way for old companies are influenced by new media, and their experience is packed full of great lessons to us all…innovate or die.

Wow, what an upgrade! The site presents MoCo Loco content so fluidly, feeling current and smart in the details all along the way.

Home For The Games is a not-for-profit organization that connects Vancouver homeowners wanting to share their home with out of town visitors during the 2010 Olympics. In exchange, homeowners agree to give 50% of the proceeds to charities fighting homelessness.
Avoiding literal representations, Seven25 opted to convey the spirit of the project (and the games) with a dynamic layered look that includes an embedded heart form. The strong use of circular elements is beautiful and subtly recalls the Olympic rings while abstracting them enough to avoid mimicry (or lawsuits).
