Junior Garbage Gobbler

These ‘junior’ garbage bags were distributed to BC motorists as part of the Garbage Gobbler campaign. The idea was to get people to hang onto their garbage long enough to put it in the full-sized Gobbler garbage cans.

    Where was this supposed to hang in the car? The window crank or the hanger hook over rear side windows are the only places I can imagine.
