The concept of LuvOwl is simple, birds eat the seeds (seed, suet and food colour) and then bright colours “appear” around the city – true public art.

You know, I’m not a huge fan of the LuvOwl itself (are birds actually attracted to this form? Wouldn’t an owl be scary?) but love the concept!

I don’t get the owl form either but the concept is great.
